iMentorU ("we," "us," or "our") provides an online platform connecting students seeking to learn business analytics with experienced industry professionals ("Mentors") for live, one-on-one mentorship sessions, courses, and related educational services.

2. User Accounts

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.
Account Types: We offer "Student" and "Mentor" accounts. You may only register for an account that corresponds to your intended use of the platform.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Mentor Approval: All Mentor accounts are subject to an internal review and approval process. We reserve the right to approve or reject any Mentor application at our sole discretion.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payments: Students agree to pay the fees for courses and sessions as listed on the Site. All payments are processed through our designated payment gateways.

4. Code of Conduct

All users (Students and Mentors) agree to:

Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all interactions.
Not share any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
Not record, reproduce, or distribute any session content without the express written permission of both iMentorU and the other participant.
Not use the platform to solicit services or users outside of the iMentorU ecosystem.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including course materials, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of iMentorU or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Services without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the outcome of any mentorship or course.
iMentorU is a platform provider and is not responsible for the conduct of its users, both Students and Mentors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iMentorU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
